The CEO shall be an individual who can be a member of the association or an individual, selected/ nominated by the stakeholders based on the structure of the design centre. He/ She shall have the decision making power and will monitor/ manage the overall performance of the design centre and will also act as a common point of contact. He will be above the Manager who shall take care of the proper functioning of the centre. The manager’s job will be to ensure the interdependence and interconnectivity of the various departments operating in the centre. There will be three departments under the manager – Finance, Marketing and Operations.

Apart from the employees working in these departments, there will be a common pool of other workers who will be temporarily hired on a need basis to supplement the existing workforce. They may be artisans, plumbers, electricians, etc. who may render their services to the centre from time to time.
