The design centre and marketing centre have synergies and interlinking between them would have positive impact on the implementation as well as on the operations, infrastructure requirements and other related services

Benefits of the linkage:

Common management structure: Both the projects would be implemented and monitored by the MDCPL thereby reducing the cost of human resource required to carry out the common services.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure setup of the design centre can house office for marketing centre as well. Similarly the cost of electricity, networking system, etc would also reduce considerably.
The design and marketing centre would together benefit each other in implementing various services being offered by both the centres. The marketing portal can be used for design centre as well.

The design centre at Moradabad would facilitate information and knowledge dissemination, capacity building for developing market appropriate products and which would benefit and involve parties from the production side as well as the market side of the industries.
